Yeasts are beautiful! Using the natural colors and textures of yeasts, our lab makes lovely ”yeast art”. Tiny amounts of yeasts are gently dabbed onto the surface of an agar plate. After allowing the yeasts to grow for one to three days, the patterns become visible.
